• "Platform": GeoRanke web application and related services
• "User": Natural or legal person registered on the Platform
• "Service": AI-based brand visibility tracking and optimization services provided through the Platform
• "Subscription": Service package and payment plan selected by the User
• "Content": All data created or uploaded on the Platform

GeoRanke is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides the following services:

3. Account Creation and Membership

3.1 Membership Requirements

• Be over 18 years of age
• Provide a valid email address and contact information
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Create only one user registration per account

3.2 Account Security

The User is responsible for the confidentiality and security of account credentials (username, password). The User is responsible for all activities that occur in the account. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported immediately.

• All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are processed in your local currency
• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer
• Discounted pricing applies to annual subscriptions

• Subscription can be cancelled at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Cancellation can be done from Dashboard > Subscription
• After cancellation, your account goes into read-only mode

6.1 Acceptable Use

The User agrees to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or sharing content that violates laws
• Actions that endanger platform security
• Reverse engineering, source code analysis
• Intentionally exceeding API limits
• Unauthorized access with bots, scrapers or automated tools
• Accessing other users' data
• Creating spam or misleading content
• Account sharing or creating unauthorized sub-accounts

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Platform Ownership

The Platform, software, design, logos, trademarks and all related intellectual property rights belong to GeoRanke. The license granted to the User authorizes limited use of the service and does not include transfer of ownership rights.

7.2 User Content

The User retains ownership of content created on the Platform (prompts, domains, reports). The User grants GeoRanke a limited license necessary for providing services over this content.

7.3 Feedback

Feedback and suggestions provided by the User may be freely used by GeoRanke for service improvement purposes.

8. Service Level and Warranties

8.1 Service Access

GeoRanke targets 99.5% annual uptime. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

8.2 Data Backup

Platform data is backed up daily. Backups are retained for 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Indirect Damages

GeoRanke shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including loss of profit, data loss, business interruption).

9.3 Third Party Services

The Platform integrates third party services (AI search engines, payment providers, etc.). GeoRanke cannot be held responsible for interruptions or changes in these services.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by GeoRanke

Your account may be suspended or terminated in the following cases:

• Violation of Terms of Service
• Failure to fulfill payment obligations
• Illegal activities
• Actions threatening platform security

10.2 Termination by User

The User can close their account by cancelling their subscription at any time. After account closure, data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

10.3 After Termination

• Platform access ends immediately
• No refunds are made for unprocessed payments (withdrawal rights reserved)
• User data is retained according to specified retention periods

11. Changes

11.1 Agreement Changes

GeoRanke may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes are notified via email and platform at least 30 days before they take effect.

11.2 Service Changes

We reserve the right to improve or change platform features. Significant changes are announced in advance.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Applicable Law

This Agreement is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where GeoRanke operates.

12.3 Consumer Arbitration

Consumer disputes may be resolved through arbitration according to local regulations.

• Small claims: Consumer Arbitration Boards
• Larger claims: Consumer Courts

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entirety

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements.

13.2 Waiver

Failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

13.3 Severability

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement does not affect the validity of other provisions.

13.4 Assignment

The User cannot transfer rights and obligations under this Agreement without GeoRanke's written consent.
